Learn it before you lean it
Free rider training for new riders — and for the parents standing behind them. Work through the study guide, pass the 10-question exam (8 or better), and earn a certificate with a public ID anyone can verify. It's the same trust system as our wheel registry, pointed at riders.
This course builds judgment, not certification of skill. It never replaces hands-on practice, protective gear, adult supervision for young riders, or local law.
