CHECKING A WHEEL — 3 STEPS

Locate the serial number (on the frame/shell, often near the charge port or under a pedal hanger) OR a public registry ID in the format EUC-0000000-XX the owner may provide.
Go to eucexchange.com/lookup on any device and enter it.
Read the result: whether a timestamped ownership registration exists, and whether the wheel is reported stolen.

EVIDENTIARY NOTE: Registrations are timestamped at creation. A registration that predates a theft report is ownership evidence that predates the dispute — useful for establishing rightful ownership of recovered property.
