EUC Exchange is a listing and community platform. We connect buyers, sellers, shops, and riders — we are not a party to any transaction, we do not hold funds, escrow, ship, or inspect wheels, and we make no warranty about any listing, part, or shop.
You represent that anything you list is yours to sell, accurately described, and not reported stolen. Listings are checked against the stolen registry and moderated before going live. We may remove any listing at any time.
Theft reports are user-submitted. A registry hit is a signal, not a legal determination. False reports get you removed from the platform permanently.
Electric unicycles are high-performance vehicles. Nothing on this platform is riding instruction or safety certification. Ride within your skill, wear gear, follow local law.
No scams, no fee-dodging off-platform bait, no harassment, no reposting others' listings. One warning, then a ban.
100% of net profits from platform operations are directed back to the EUC community as grants, scholarships, and donations to charitable organizations, selected through community nomination and vote. The founder receives no monetary compensation from the platform. He may accept non-monetary support — demo equipment, test wheels, and gear — offered in connection with the platform. The mechanics of the community vote will be published before the first distribution.
The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUC Exchange and TMF Advisory LLC are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from use of the platform.
